Beauty Warm Eyeshadow Favorites June 9, 2017 I love watching trends weave in and out of the beauty world but it’s especially fun when colors and products I’m particularly interested in have their moment in the limelight. Warm toned eyeshadows have been a dominant trend for some time and seeing as the brands are still on the bandwagon of launching new additions, I thought I’d share some of my favorite warm eyeshadow palettes (and single shadows) with you… Anastasia Modern Renaissance Palette / Colourpop Single Shadows I personally LOVE warm toned anything when it comes to makeup, but especially eyeshadows. The rich vibrant hues of golds, coppers, ambers, sienna, wine (and I can go on and on) really compliment all skin tones and make eye colors pop. Compared to cool toned eyeshadows, warm shadows also add a softer, more youthful appearance to the face. They can also be worn all year round as they perfectly compliment fall/winter fashion, as well as sparkling bronze or sunset vibes for summer. Before I get onto my top picks, Urban Decay just launched their Naked Heat palette to join this trend. Right now it’s only available on the Urban Decay Website. It’ll be in Ulta and Sephora early to mid July if you’d rather wait and use your membership cards/points. Urban Decay Naked Heat Palette WARM EYESHADOW PALETTES Some mainstream brands have previously offered warm colors within their eyeshadow palettes; however it was Anastasia Beverly Hills with their AMAZING! Modern Renaissance Palette which got the ball rolling with this trend. Modern Renaissance Palette is by far one of my favorite eyeshadow palettes. If you haven’t already, I highly recommend you add this beauty to your collection. Featuring a great variety of warm neutrals as well as rich deep shades, this palette helps create countless looks with both matte and shimmer shadows. The quality, color payoff and longevity of the product speaks for itself. Definite thumbs up! SHOP Anastasia Modern Renaissance Palette HERE Anastasia Beverly Hills Modern Renaissance Palette Another warm eyeshadow palette that’s getting a lot of attention of late is the new Natasha Denona Sunset Palette. Though quite up there in price, the vibrant selection of colors coupled with the brand’s renowned quality makes this palette a perfect addition to any makeup kit. It has plenty of mattes to create a good base and punchy shimmers to really make the eyes sparkle with sunset hues. SHOP Natasha Denona Sunset Palette HERE Natasha Denona Sunset Palette NARS Narsissist Loaded Eyeshadow Palette is yet another newcomer to this category. Launched within their summer range along with their best selling Orgasm line of products, this palette is compact yet offers plenty of variety. With its gorgeous packaging, the palette features a good balance of warm and neutral shadows. So if you prefer something that has best of both worlds, NARS Loaded Eyeshadow Palette would be the one for you. SHOP NARS Loaded Eyeshadow Palette HERE NARS Loaded Eyeshadow Palette Of course there are so many other brands which offer amazing warm eyeshadow palettes so here are a few others which are well worth considering in my opinion: Click the pictures for details and shop Smashbox Ablaze / Huda Beauty / Kylie / Dose Of Colors Browns / Viseart Warm Matte WARM EYESHADOWS – SINGLES If you don’t want a full palette, and/or you prefer to collate your own colors, single eyeshadows are always a great alternative. Keeping with the warm eyeshadow trend, brands such as Anastasia Beverly Hills, Makeup Geek and Colourpop offer amazing shade and texture selections. Click the pictures to shop their full range Anastasia Beverly Hills / Makeup Geek / Colourpop How delicious are all these colors! I’ve seriously been in warm eyeshadow heaven for some time and looks like there will be plenty more products to come. No complaints from me :) Do you have any of these palettes or single shadows? Reply Sarah June 13, 2017 at 3:34 am Hi Kathleen, there have been so many tutorials done with the Modern Renaissance palette, I kind of steered away from doing one. I am however due for another makeup tutorial so let me know if you have any specific requests :) Reply Samantha June 10, 2017 at 8:29 am Modern renaissance palette is love!!! Such gorgeous colors and the way they apply is amazing. I also really do like the colour pop shadows!!! Reply Sarah June 12, 2017 at 3:08 am Agreed Samantha :) Reply Brielle June 10, 2017 at 7:39 am I hit pan on some of my modern renaissance shadows that’s how much I love it. What do you think of the Colourpop singles the powder ones? I want to try them but I wanna get your thoughts. Thanks in advance! Reply Sarah June 12, 2017 at 3:10 am Hi Brielle, Colourpop pressed shadows really impressed me. Every color I purchased so far has been super soft and pigmented and they blend really well too. Given the price point, I highly recommend it. Reply Lana June 9, 2017 at 2:54 pm I am dying over the new Urban Decay Heat palette but I’m gonna be patient and get it from Sephora so I get my 500 point gift. I have some Colourpop shadows but not a collection as gorgeous as yours. Have to up my game hehe Reply Sarah June 12, 2017 at 3:11 am Thanks Lana! You may as well make the most of your Sephora card. They should be launching mid July :) Reply Michelle June 9, 2017 at 2:38 pm I don’t think I clicked a post so fast lol I didn’t realise Colourpop had so many gorgeous warm colors. What’s the one on the far right side in the last picture? It’s like a deep red pink, the super shock one. It’s gorgeous! Reply Sarah June 12, 2017 at 3:14 am Hi Michelle, that one is called Paradox; I believe it was in a quad set Colourpop released called Zingara. They should still have it. Reply Cassie June 9, 2017 at 2:35 pm This post literally made my heart skip a beat! I also can’t get enough of warm shadows. I have Modern Renaissance and two of Kylie ones but quality is so much better with ABH. I think I need to see more of Naked Heat cos some of their palettes were hit and miss. Great post btw!
