BeautyProduct Reviews Tarte Amazonian Clay Blush Palette October 11, 2016 Part 2 of my Tarte “must-have” holiday collection 2016 is all about blush! Considering blushes are usually sold individually and it can be hard to decide on favorite colors, this Amazonian Clay Blush Color Wheel compiles a great variety of colors and textures all in the one compact! Having covered Tarte’s Pretty Paintbox Holiday Set in my previous post here – which already had all the makeup essentials in the one case; adding this 10-color blush palette to the mix would pretty much have you set for all seasons and all occasions… SHOP Tarte Amazonian Clay Blush Color Wheel Tarte Amazonian Clay Blush Palette Color Wheel When it comes to blushes, Tarte is renowned for their Amazonian Clay blush range. There are so many colors to choose from; texture and pigmentation is amazing, they’re long wearing (12-hours to be exact); and as with all of Tarte’s products, they’re cruelty free. With such loved blushes, you can understand everyone’s excitement when Tarte announced this blush palette would be in their holiday collection this year. I know I waited with my finger on the “Buy” button the day they were launched. And I couldn’t be happier cos the whole thing is sooo pretty! Tarte Amazonian Clay Blush Palette Color Wheel The blush palette is the same style of “round palettes” that Tarte has been working with for some time. I pretty much have all of their previously launched round palettes and I absolutely love how compact and convenient they all are. Considering the size, they contain quite a lot of product and make a great all-in-one palette. Tying in with this year’s holiday theme, the Tarte Blush Wheel features a retro print of purples and golds, which carries into the outer packaging also. It definitely catches the eye. Tarte Amazonian Clay Blush Palette Color Wheel As mentioned earlier, there are 10 blushes in this palette. Whilst each pan is slightly smaller (o.o84oz) than the individual Tarte blushes, given the variety and high pigmentation where a little goes a long way, this palette is great value for money at $44. Of the 10 colors, 7 are matte and 3 are shimmers – with 2 of the shimmer colors being highlighters. The palette also consists of a good balance of 5 warm and 5 cool shades so there’s a color to match every skin tone, every look and every season. *You can also mix and match different colors to create your own personal favorites. It’s also great for makeup artists. Tarte Amazonian Clay Blush Palette Color Wheel retails at $44 and it’s limited edition.
