Sephora Favorites

August 31, 2016

I’m a huge fan of Sephora Favorites! They’re on top of my ‘anticipated launch’ list every season and it’s always fun to see which products made their way into the sets.

Sephora (and the participating brands) are quite generous when it comes to these collections. They’re not only great value for money but they’ve been getting better and better in terms of variety. This time round is no exception so lets go through some of the sets that really caught my eye…

GIVE ME SOME LIP – $28

The lip collections are my favorite. I always find new products that I end up loving and there are some real gems within this set too. Some of my tried and tested favorites such as NARS, Fresh and Too Faced are in there; and that little Lancome Juicy Shaker is adorable to say the least. There’s a good variety of colors and textures to suit all skin tones too. At $28, this is a great sampler kit.

Sephora Give Me Some Lip KitKat Von D Studded Kiss Lipstick in Lovecraft (mauve pink nude); Too Faced Melted Liquified Long Wear Lipstick in Chihuahua (dusty mauve); NARS Satin Lip Pencil in Rikugien (rose pink); Fresh Sugar Rosé Tinted Lip Treatment (sheer rosy tint); Lancôme Juicy Shaker in 313 Boom-Meringue (lemon meringue flavor); Smashbox Always On Liquid Lipstick in Stepping Out (deep nude)

EXTRAVAGANT EYES $42

You can literally create the most delicious smoldering smoky eyes, a sparkling glam look or a soft daytime look all with this kit. It really does have some renowned favorites in there.

The NARS dual intensity eyeshadow is one my favorite formulas which can be used dry or wet depending on how intense you want the finish to be. There’s also Laura Mercier’s caviar stick and cult favorite Huda Beauty lashes in Samantha – which is one of their best selling styles. If you’re into your eye makeup, this one is a must.
