Power Up

June 13, 2014

Hello beauties! How are you all? I’m running around taking care of some work and travel matters which is why the blog is a little quiet of late. I created this set couple of days ago so I thought I’d pop in and share it with you guys.

Minus the jacket, it actually makes for a great summer combo…a bit on the glam side. The pattern of the skirt and the colors caught my interest. It’s reminiscent of a leopard print but has a softer flow. What really powers up this look however is the Balmain leather jacket. The way it’s been pleated, structured sharp lines and synched in waistline demands attention. Pairing it with the pencil skirt elongates the body and further adds to the slimline silhouette.

A simple black patent clutch for a hint of shine and carrying it into the pointy color block pumps completed this look. Each piece is also very versatile to mix and match to create endless looks.

If you have any questions regarding the pieces in this set, please leave a message in the comments section below ;) xx
