Beauty Hourglass Modernist Eyeshadow Palettes 2015 January 7, 2015 I knew it! Couple of months ago when I reported on Hourglass launching “a” new eyeshadow palette, I had a feeling they were going to torture us with so much amazing variety that I would end up sitting here drooling with no idea (nor self control) over which one to get….exactly as I am right now :)) Anyway, fresh off the press, Hourglass just announced they will be launching 7 new eyeshadow palettes as part of their permanent range. Though there are no set dates for any pre-sales, they will officially launch at Sephora on Jan 18th, followed by some online stores – so stay tuned. UPDATE: Now available here How gorgeous are they! Hourglass’s packaging alone is so chic and pretty that I could just have the palette lying around and be happy with it :)) Pair them up with such stunning products and I’m usually sold before I even get to swatch them. Nevertheless, I’ve seen reviews of the Infinity Modernist palette which was launched as an introduction and the quality is nothing short of amazing either. The swirly wave pattern may be different to what we’re used to seeing in traditional eyeshadow palettes (with individual pans) but these were designed to be custom mixed and blended right there in the compact which is a great option in my opinion. The palettes will retail at $58 each. After the Sephora launch of Jan 18th, they will be available at select online stores which deliver worldwide so I’ll do an update post when that happens. What do you guys think of the new Modernist palettes? Any favorite(s)? xx Hourglass Modernist Eyeshadow Palettes 2015 was last modified: July 9th, 2016 by Sarah 5 comments 0 Facebook Twitter Google + Pinterest Sarah previous post Real Techniques Bold Metals Collection next post Tan it up! I really wouldn’t know which one to get. I can’t afford all of them, I wish I could. Hard decision, love them. Reply Trisha January 7, 2015 at 6:24 pm Oh how sweet are all of these, love, love. My fav is the graphite, that copper & slate bluish color are sweet. Very sharp looking palettes. : ) Reply Sarah January 8, 2015 at 6:32 am I really like Graphite too! That metallic gray swirl in there! I also love Exposure. I can’t tell just how purple it would be swatched but if it’s anything like the picture, rich dark brown with a hint of purple, I’m sure that will be my first purchase :) Reply Jeanette January 7, 2015 at 2:07 pm These are gorgeous – Infinity looks perfect for me. I love the reddish brown for my green eyes. Reply Sarah January 7, 2015 at 5:02 pm yesss! Infinity was the pre-launch palette Hourglass introduced so I was able to see it swatched. It’s really beautiful. I have my eye on Exposure with the deep brown/purples and maybe Graphite as well…or all of them really. They’re all so gorgeous, it’ll be hard to decide :) Reply Leave a Comment Cancel Reply Notify me when new comments are added.
