Hi beauties! You may remember I did a review of Too Faced Cosmetics Melted Liquified Lipstick in the color Melted Fuchsia a while ago – you can check that post HERE
I love that lipstick so much, you can only imagine how excited I was when Too Faced released a limited edition 4-pack mini set of these lipsticks as part of their holiday launch. Of course makeup lovers went crazy and they were sold out for a while so it wouldn’t be fair for me to do a review and you couldn’t get them. Now that they’ve re-stocked, I can post about it so you can get your hands on these babies too ;)
Melted Nude . Melted Peony . Melted Fuchsia . Melted Berry
After my love affair with the Fuchsia color began, next in line for me was the Melted Nude, I was also eyeing the Berry shade, so this set worked out perfectly as it has pretty much all the shades to create amazing eye/lip combos for any occasion. Each lipstick contains 5ml/0.16Fl of product. This may not seem like much but these lipsticks are so pigmented, a tiny amount goes a long way.
The swatches are 100% true to color. The Nude shade has a beige/brown undertone which is perfect. Peony is also nude enough with a pink undertone without looking too pasty as some pink nudes can be. Fuchsia is the one I bought the full size of, it’s the most amazing vivid hot pink ever – below is the picture of my lips with Fuchsia color from my previous post. And Berry is a perfect red with a deep wine/berry undertone. This color would be amazing for fall looks!

Need to get my hands on these asap!
Hi Sarah I love these lipsticks. I saw LA Girl had similar lipsticks. What do you think of those?
Hi Sienna, LA Girl Glazed range is a bit of a marketing ploy in my opinion. They designed the lipstick tubes exactly the same as these Too Faced ones, including the sponge tip applicator. But that’s where the similarities end. The LA Girl range is still very good in their own right but they’re more of a high shine gloss consistency and a different texture altogether. For the price difference, they’d be worth a try but they’re not dupes for the Melted range as the company tries to market them ;)
Wow, the coverage is incredible – at least it looks full coverage, and that’s usually my preference.
I’m the same Jeanette and these lipsticks don’t disappoint. They’re probably the best liquid lipsticks I’ve tried in a long time…and I try a lot of products :))
