Lifestyle #DearMe: Advice To My Younger Self March 4, 2015 There’s a new campaign on Youtube at the moment called #DearMe: Advice To My Younger Self. As the title suggests, it’s all about what you would tell your younger self from the person that you are today. The campaign is aimed at empowering and inspiring young women around the world. Although I’m not a Youtuber, I really love the idea so I thought I’d do it. I tag you all too so let me know in the comments: What advice would you give your younger self? Dear Me Don’t worry so much. You’ll see that life goes through cycles; and good or bad…nothing stays the same. Learn to trust your instincts cos that nagging voice deep inside always has a good reason – even if you don’t understand it at the time. Accept yourself as you are. Every little detail that makes you different is also what makes you special. Embrace yourself as a whole and have confidence in your abilities. Educate yourself, be open to change and explore. Know your own worth and love yourself first and foremost. Stand strong, be independent, be enough and complete on your own so whoever enters your life is an added bonus…NOT a determining point of who you are as an individual. Stay true to yourself and never sway from your core values for the sake of pleasing others. Those who truly care about you will accept and love you as you are, the rest will show their true colors sooner or later. But most importantly…it’ll all be OK…you will be OK PS: Yes, buy that lipstick you saw cos you just might make a career out of it someday :) Your turn :) xx #DearMe: Advice To My Younger Self was last modified: July 9th, 2016 by Sarah 0 comment 0 Facebook Twitter Google + Pinterest Sarah previous post MAC Times 9 Eyeshadow Palettes next post NARS Dual Intensity Blush You may also like Healthy Pops – The No-Cake Alternative December 15, 2013 How To Detox: Skin & Body January 1, 2014 Banana Berry Yoghurt April 22, 2013 Snupps March 20, 2015 Quinoa Salad – with Tuna July 8, 2013 Leave a Comment Cancel Reply Notify me when new comments are added.
