Recipes Cheese & Sausage Muffins December 9, 2013 Hey everyone! I haven’t posted a recipe in a while so with Christmas just around the corner, what could be a better excuse than to share a super easy and delicious muffin recipe. These muffins are packed full of flavor and keep really well in an airtight container. Best part is that the ingredients and measurements are very easy to remember and you don’t even need a mixer as it all mixes in perfectly with a wooden spoon or spatula. You need a standard size non-stick muffin pan (I still lightly spray the base with some oil). This recipe makes 9 muffins. Preheat your oven to 180C/356F I usually use Frankfurter / hot dog style sausages as they hold their shape even though they need to be finely cubed. However, you can use any type of sausage you prefer. It’s the same with the cheese. I alternate between shredded tasty cheese and mozarella but if you have a favorite cheese, you can definitely add that in instead.
